With the new DVLA laws we now need either a faxed copy of the V5 Document or Cherished Plate Certificate along with some form of ID like driving licence or passport. If none of these can be produced We are sorry but number plates cant be made. If you are wanting a show plate you will need to download the following dislaimer form. Then fill it in and fax it back to us as well as normal documentation
